Christmas is a season where many of you will be finding new games under the tree to open and play, and if you’ve been extra good this year, a shiny new console!
It has certainly been a vintage year for gaming. E3 seems so very long ago now, but it won’t be long until it’s sneaking back up upon us, and before you know it, we’ll be sending out our Christmas message again. The games we have seen this year have redefined many of the genres that we have cherished for so many years. Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield, Assassin’s Creed, Skyrim, Deus Ex… the list goes on and on.
However, Christmas is a time of year to be shared with family, friends, and the ones you hold nearest and dearest. To quote the Jack Daniels Christmas advert, “it’s not about what’s under the tree, it’s about who’s around it.”
From all the staff here at Gaming Till Disconnected, regardless of whether or not you’re celebrating Christmas, we would like to wish you a very happy holiday season, and a very Happy New Year, which will bear all the successes you desire. Of course, without you, there would be no point in us writing the articles, reviewing the games, and giving our honest feedback on what we do.
On a personal note, I would like to give great thanks to the founder, Ricky Stone, for all his hard work on the site this year, as well as the other staff members. Without writers, there would be zero content, so great thanks is warranted there.
Happy Holidays, to one and all!
